About the event
Workshop leader Hayley Bruce grew up in St Cyrus, and Angus has always felt like home. After graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design with a degree in Illustration and Printmaking, she exhibited at the New Designers exhibition in London in 2002, where she received an award from Hallmark Cards. This led to opportunities designing cards and print ranges for Marks & Spencer.
Although her career later took her into the care sector, creativity remained an important part of her life. In 2021, she returned to formal study to train as an Art Psychotherapist and subsequently worked in mental health, combining her interests in art, wellbeing and community engagement.
This workshop is one of a series in Autumn/Winter 2026 generously funded by Corra Foundation.
