Upstairs you can enjoy an opportunity to carry out your own study and research in the quiet of our Lowden Low Archive Room. This treasure trove of discovery is named after Gilbert and Agnes Lowden who donated their huge genealogical research and, together with Isobel Low, volunteered not only their time but also their extensive knowledge. Here you can also enjoy our Scottish history library and copies of the fascinating large scrap books in which Greta Michie gathered hundreds of glen stories. Our online archive will be available in due course.
